The MHB-1 Hive Bottom is a smart hive floor with integrated heating, a slot for the MSC-1 Sense Core sensor module and a bee-friendly design. It fits standard Dadant and Langstroth hives.

Designed for standard Dadant and Langstroth sizes — simply replace the existing floor board and it is immediately operational.
How does it work?
The MHB-1 replaces the hive floor board — and becomes the foundation of the entire smart hive ecosystem.

The MHB-1 simply replaces the existing hive floor board — no drilling, no modifications.
Connection
After connecting the built-in heating unit and sensor slot, the unit connects to the Meliovate platform via WiFi.
Automatic operation
The MHB-1 continuously measures and regulates temperature — under platform control, without human intervention.
Monitoring
Internal hive temperature, heating cycles and any alerts are visible in real time in the app.
