If you'd like us to delete your Meliovate account and the personal data associated with it, here's how to request it.
To delete your Meliovate account and the personal data linked to it, email hello@meliovate.io from the address registered to your account and state that you request deletion. Deletion is permanent after the retention period.
How to request deletion
Send an email to hello@meliovate.io from the email address associated with your account.
In the subject or body, state that you're requesting deletion of your account and data.
Our team will confirm the request within business days and then begin the deletion.
Important — deletion is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all beekeeping log data, settings and profile information will be irreversibly deleted after the retention period described below.
Data retention after a deletion request
- Account data
- Kept for 30 days from the deletion request (to allow recovery), then permanently deleted.
- Beekeeping log data
- Kept for the active lifetime of the account, then 30 days after deletion, then permanently deleted.
- IoT measurement data
- Kept for the active lifetime of the account (statistics, strategies and predictions rely on it), then 30 days after deletion, then permanently deleted.

Can I undo a deletion?
Only within the retention period. After that, all beekeeping log data, settings and profile information are irreversibly deleted.
